Good Day, Bad Day

The Good Day Bad Day app allows team members to rate the quality of their day. Ratings can be logged once a day or several times a day per the user’s preference.

The information can then be used by the organisation to track employee satisfaction on a live web-app dashboard. This is a first of its kind and allows issues to be addressed quickly and efficiently within the organisation. Cross-department comparisons also highlight trends in the organisation and areas where improvements are required. Data can be accessed as summaries or as detailed data depending on the users role.

Users are able to submit their rating anonymously if they wish to do so.
